I’m a musician and a creative project organiser. I work with artists, studio recordings and releases, and I also have experience in education, mentoring and event moderation.
This is my story: education, music and the projects I’ve created and developed.
My story
Before 2003 · Novy Urengoy
Kindergarten in Novy Urengoy.
I spent my preschool years in Novy Urengoy, where I attended kindergarten.
2003–2014 · Novy Urengoy
School in Novy Urengoy.
I attended school in Novy Urengoy from 2003 to 2014. I did well academically, took part in academic competitions, and spent time on sport and music outside class. Several different activities were part of my life during those years.

I played basketball during my school years.

I also played volleyball at school.

I played musical instruments.

I practised martial arts while at school.

2014–2018 · Tyumen
TIU — bachelor’s degree.
From 2014 to 2018, I studied at Tyumen Industrial University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Management, specialising in Small Business Management. Alongside my studies, I owned escape-room projects and gained experience organising student and city events.
The “На глубине” escape room
While studying at TIU, I owned the “На глубине” escape room in Tyumen. I managed my own project alongside my university studies in management and small business.
“Страх”, a game with a live actor
Another project I owned and managed in Tyumen was “Страх”, an immersive game with a live actor. My experience with these games later became one of the starting points for Questium, my educational role-playing games.
Student events
I organised student events while studying at TIU. This work ran alongside my studies and the projects I owned in Tyumen.
City events and local concerts
During my university years, I also helped organise city events in Tyumen and concerts by local performers. This gave me event experience beyond the university setting.
2018–2020 · Saint Petersburg
ITMO — master’s degree.
From 2018 to 2020, I studied at ITMO University in Saint Petersburg and earned a master’s degree in Innovation and Innovative Entrepreneurship. At the same time, I worked as a manager at the Faculty of Technological Management and Innovations, taking part in educational projects, speaking and working with programme participants.
Corporate training for SUEK
As part of my work at ITMO, I coordinated corporate training programmes for SUEK. This was one area of my work on educational projects at the Faculty of Technological Management and Innovations.
Teens in tech
I was a co-author, mentor and speaker for Teens in tech, an entrepreneurship project for teenagers. I helped develop the project and worked directly with its participants.
Lectures and educational programmes
While working at ITMO, I gave lectures in schools and took part in university educational programmes. This work complemented my involvement in corporate training and entrepreneurship projects.
SumIT and Preactum
In 2019, I moderated the SumIT accelerator’s summer startup school and Preactum, a nationwide youth entrepreneurship programme. I worked at events in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
April 2018 — April 2020 · Saint Petersburg
Founded Yuno studio.
In 2018, I opened Yuno at Etazhi in central Saint Petersburg. I ran my own studio alongside my studies at ITMO and work on educational projects. My role covered both music production and organising work with artists. Yuno became one of Saint Petersburg’s most popular studios.
Working with artists and their recordings
I brought artists into the studio, discussed their musical ideas and organised our work together. I handled recording, arrangements and mixing, staying in touch with artists throughout the process. Running Yuno was closely connected to my day-to-day work on music.
MITCHEL · “А уже фсё”
Yuno was where I recorded MITCHEL’s “А уже фсё”. The song is part of my studio story in Saint Petersburg. You can listen to it in the music section of this website.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I sold the studio to a large record label and moved to Moscow. A new stage began: finding opportunities in a new city and working in its music scene.
2020–2021 · Moscow
Panda — studio manager.
RockFam — A&R.
After moving to Moscow, I looked for opportunities to work and develop in music. I managed Stereopanda / Panda from April 2020 to April 2021. During that time, I also started an A&R role at RockFam Label. Finding my way in a new city then has a lot in common with my current move to Dubai.
April 2020 — April 2021
Stereopanda / Panda
I managed Stereopanda / Panda from April 2020 to April 2021. I organised studio work and communicated with artists, labels and music partners. I combined studio management with production, drawing on the experience I had gained at Yuno.
October 2020 — July 2021
RockFam Label
I worked as an A&R Manager: sourcing artists and working on repertoire, artist positioning and social media content ideas.
Since 2021 · ARKA
Developing ARKA studio.
I’ve had my own studio, ARKA SECRET RECORDS, since 2021. I work with a range of artists and music projects, record podcasts and develop the ARKA label. I combine music production with project coordination, agreeing tasks, materials and revisions with artists and the team.
Artist recording and music production
At ARKA, I work with a range of artists on recording, arrangements and mixing. I discuss the music with performers, agree materials and revisions, and coordinate studio work with the team.
Podcast recording
Alongside music, I record podcasts. This is another part of the work I do at my studio, ARKA SECRET RECORDS.
The ARKA label and music releases
I develop the ARKA label and prepare music releases for distribution. I coordinate materials and revisions with artists and the team, and work with Believe on distribution, release changes and artist profiles.
Concert organisation
My work with artists has also included live events: I’ve organised concerts for Masha Hima. This experience sits alongside my studio work and preparation of music releases.
Over the course of my work in music, I’ve collaborated with Slava Marlow, Soda Luv and other artists, and organised concerts for Masha Hima.
2025–2026 · Educational and role-playing games
Creating educational games with Questium.
Questium grew out of my escape-room projects in Tyumen and my experience in education. I use AI tools to develop role-playing and educational games in which people interact through roles and shared tasks.
All games have been tested with live groups.
Scenarios include “Герцогство”, “Корейская мафия”, “Дом престарелых” and “7 ночей”.
Plans for Questium in Dubai
I plan to host Questium games in Dubai. I want to keep developing the scenarios and bring my experience with escape rooms, education and moderation into the project here.
2026 · AI tools
Building websites and apps with AI.
I use AI to create websites, apps, Telegram bots, videos and music. I also develop automation and help configure AI tools for specific business tasks. I’m interested in connecting this work with music, content and project organisation.
Websites and apps
I use AI tools to build websites and apps. One example is ECHOPUSH, a website for demo submissions and work on music releases.
Automating everyday work
I develop tools to automate repetitive tasks. One example is preparing an Excel file with music-release data in a distributor’s template. I start with the specific task and the materials needed at the end of it.
Telegram bots
I create Telegram bots with AI tools. I shape each bot’s logic around a specific task and consider how people will interact with it.
Content and AI video
I create AI videos and use AI tools to prepare social media content. Video is a distinct part of my work on digital projects.
Making music with AI
I create music with AI tools. This is another part of my musical work alongside recording artists, arranging and mixing. I also work in Ableton Live and use Serum for sound synthesis.
AI for a specific business task
I help people identify suitable AI tools for a particular work task and set them up. This can involve preparing content, working with materials or automating repetitive actions. I start with what a person or team needs to do in their everyday work.
Now · Dubai
Moved to Dubai.
I’m now in Dubai, beginning a new stage of my work. I’m exploring opportunities here and looking for work and paid projects where I can use my experience in music, project coordination, education and events.

I’m based in Dubai and looking for work and paid projects here. I also continue studio work with my team in Moscow. I can bring experience with artists and releases, recording studios, educational programmes, creative projects and events.
I can take responsibility for my part of a project: communicate with participants, agree tasks, gather materials and coordinate revisions. My background includes studio management, recording and music production, corporate training, mentoring and moderation. I combine organisational skills with an understanding of the creative process.
In Dubai, I want to find a team and projects where this experience can be useful. I plan to host Questium games here, continue working with music and develop digital projects: websites, Telegram bots, automation, AI videos and music. I’m open to discussing job opportunities and individual paid projects.
